What is Zemyahs Returns and exchange policy?
- We accept returns and exchanges on all our products besides skincare and makeup. Skincare and make-up products are non-returnable and non exchangable.
- For handbags, shoes and accessories you may submit a return request via the return tab from your account or you can e-mail us at email@example.com or call customer care at 9999244697 - Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5:30pm, within 7 days of product delivery.
- All products must be unused, unwashed and kept with the tags and labels intact. The product must be in the same condition as it was received. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
- Zemyah reserves the rights to acccept or deny returns based on the sole discression on the company.
- Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or defective products are received by the customer. However, Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases which come under legal scrutiny.
- Upon receiving the return, we will exchange your product or we can issue a refurd. Refunds can take up to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public Hlidays and Gazetted Holidays). Exchanges of products will be dependent on product availablity for size/colour preferred.
